semi hazy light golden body with heavy steady carbonation, ~ finger of snowy white head. smell reminiscent of applesauce, follows with honey and lavender along with spices. spice comes out more in the taste along with drying honey and light herbal notes. wheat feels light with the intense carbonation. incredibly crisp, too much so for me to enjoy it.

Bottle opened on 9.6.12.

A - Pours a very light, cloudy orange with lots of bubbles coming up. A big foamy, white head that fades down slowly.

S - Lots of spice, wow! Lavendar, orange zest, lemon, wheat.

T - Same spices, but toned down. More wheat and belgian yeast are present.

D - Lots of carbonation still, lighter body. Nice spices in the finish.

O - Glad to have found and tried this one. Still great.
