Pale golden color, cloudy, medium head with decent retention & lacing

Smell: Citrus, wheat Belgian yeast, coriander

Taste: Up Front: spices, coriander. Finish: Banana, sweet malt

Mouthfeel: Medium body, medium/high carbonation

Drinkability: Silky smooth and easy to drink

Overall Impression: This is my least favorite beer from The Bruery. Luckily, it's also the most affordable one. Regardless, it's still a good Witbier, and it should go over very well with Newbeez. MUCH better than Blue Moon, and closer to the real thing.

Bottle opened on 9.6.12.

A - Pours a very light, cloudy orange with lots of bubbles coming up. A big foamy, white head that fades down slowly.

S - Lots of spice, wow! Lavendar, orange zest, lemon, wheat.

T - Same spices, but toned down. More wheat and belgian yeast are present.

D - Lots of carbonation still, lighter body. Nice spices in the finish.

O - Glad to have found and tried this one. Still great.
