vibe: 3.5 | quality: 3 | service: 2.5 | selection: 3 | food: 4 | $$
So I came here for the Port/Lost Abbey night, but I've been here quite a few times. The outdoor area is nice, but the inside is a bit dull and uninteresting.
Beer was served in semi-appropriate glassware at correct temperatures.
The servers know very little about beer, and even less about the brewer that was visiting during this night. I was quite unimpressed. However, they were friendly.
The selection on this night was decent, but this was a special occasion. The selection overall is usually pretty standard with maybe one or two interesting selections at best. I've never been impressed in the least bit.
The food is actually quite decent. They have happy hour food specials, which is nice, and the burger I had was quite good. The meatball sliders are very good.
Overall, this place seems to want to be a beer bar, but just doesn't have the selection, service, and setup to be up to par. There are at least half a dozen places in Atlanta I'd rather go.
