On at Block 15.

A - Served a dirty medium orange with a pillowy cream-colored head. Great retention and lots of lacing.

S - Grassy, fruity, floral. Very tropical.

T - More tropical fruit and citrus. A tiny bit of grass in the background.

D - Good carbonation an a light body. Soft on the tongues but with a tiny bit of bitterness at the finish.

O - Very nice fruity and good. Good lunch stop.

Brewed with a single hop variety for bittering, flavor, & aroma. Floor malted Golden promise malt forms a smooth base for the hops. Centennial, is a high alpha hop with pungent citrus & floral notes. Hop presence lingers on the tongue for a long lasting hop bitterness.
