750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Hazy with a big white head. Medium collar.
Smell - Lots of apricot. Lightly acidic. Lots of caramel.
Taste - Spot on apricot flavor. Very woody. Sour stone fruits. Caramel maltiness is strong.
Mouthfeel - Kinda heavy for a sour. Too much sugar for me.
Overall - Great apricot flavor, but too sweet and big for me.

Pour from 750 ml cork and cage. Released alongside Golden Canary, Peche, and Cassis.
10.2% ABV. Pours amber nice clarity with crisp white head.
Peach skins, white vinegar and hints of malt and honey on the nose. Inviting aromas.
Smooth on the palate, has that fuzzy mouthfeel I've only found in a few other beers, Fantasia batch 1 being the most prominent. Drinkable, smooth, with almost no alcohol presence. Apricot is there but not dominating. Well-integrated.
Quite enjoyable. Hides the ABV amazingly well. Up there with some of Block 15's best stuff.
