Pint at the brewery on Friday for four dollars, one of their two experimental beer offerings on tap, reviewed from notes

A-Close to an amber but more on the brown side, 3/4 inch foamy off white head that disappeared pretty quickly, some retention, not much lacing
S-Pine hoppiness, roastiness, burned English malts, lemon juice, hints of herbs somehow, and mild citrus
T-Starts off with a big maltiness up front, some lemons and other citrus in the middle, tons of hops in the finish and left a nice dry feel on the palate, got more subtle when it warmed and the English malt shined through more, nicely balanced and on the hoppier side which is a good thing for this style of beer
M-Medium bodied, bitter and roasty mouthfeel, nice level of carbonation, would have liked to see taste last longer
D-Could drink a couple glasses of this no problem, light on the stomach and low enough in alcohol, would make a nice session beer, crisp and smooth

I had this after their Polycot and it was a letdown compared to that but still was pretty good, I liked the hops used in this one, would drink again if it was there when I went back, recommended
