Off tap at the brewery this beer was a cloudy apricot color with no head or lacing. The aroma was subtle at best, wheat and hints of malt. The flavors were also washed out and slightly tart- sure signs of extract and/or kit beer. The dry wheat was nicely defined but there just wasn't much more to support that. The mouthfeel, however, was good, the body medium and the carbonation medium. The best of the beers I tried.
