Appearance: Enormous fluffy sea-foam head that sticks around. Lightly hazy pale straw color.
Smell: Citrus hops, pine, resin/sap, biscuit dough
Taste: Similar to the smell - citrus hops, grapefruit, pine, sap, biscuit dough. Bitter. Perhaps a little metallic from the can.
Mouthfeel: Watery, way too light. Also a little flat after the pour.
Drinkability: Enjoyed the opportunity to try it, but won't seek it out again. A little weak.

Look: Nice and dark for a pale ale. Good firm foamy head; lasts awhile.
Smell: Refreshing, piney; like being in the East Texas woodlands
Taste: Just simply delicious. I love this ale.
Feel: Just right; not watery but not viscous either.
Overall: I love this ale. This and Southern Star's Buried Hatchet Stout are always in my fridge!
