This is the color of well-worn dark brown leather. It smells like tart bananas, if there was such a thing. It tastes like a lactic (milk) stout blended with banana, sweet and light bodied. I could have used more heft in the body and definitely more roast cocoa or even sweet milk chocolate notes on the body. Warms into a one-note brew.
