Served on tap in a tulip glass
Appearance – Poured a deep amber color with a medium off-white head. The head faded fast to leave a fair amount of lacing.
Smell – The aroma was a good dose of pine and some earthy hops. There was also, mixed with these, some aromas of light citrus hop and small amounts of caramel and biscuit.
Taste – The taste started out on the sweeter and creamier side with some caramel and a light molasses sweetness mixing with a bready base. These however were not alone and there was a nice piney and earthy hop flavor initially present that grew stronger toward the middle of the taste. The pine and earthy flavors reached an apex at the middle of the taste and with the sweeter caramel, began to fade as the taste moved toward the end. While these flavors faded, other flavors of grapefruit hop and a light tropical fruit flavor came to the tongue, which in the end after all were mixed together created a rather tasty and complex aftertaste on the tongue.
Mouthfeel –The body as well as the carbonation level were above average. The creaminess of the body was slightly lost with the extra carbonation and the flavor profile would have likely done better with a slightly lower level of carbonation.
Overall – A nice IPA with a rather complex yet pleasing flavor. Not the best out there but one to try if you get a chance.

Served on tap at House of 1000 Beers > Tulip Glass
A - Pours a really nice gold color with a two finger fluffy head, and some nice thick lacing.
S - Lots of pine and fresh citrus zest, wildflowers, big floral hops, some tangerine and biscuit malt.
T- Some really nice tart tangerine flavor coming through, grape, a nice balanced biscuity malt, some surprising nuttiness at the end, and fades to some sour bitterness
M - Very crisp, like a fresh apple
O - Very interesting and different IPA, lots of unique flavors happening, and good ones at that. I've been wanting to try Spring House for a while, and I'm very glad this was my introductory.

Served on-tap in the Tasting Room. This one has been dry hopped with some kind of hops.
A - Pours clear orange with a small white head leaving minimal lace down parts of the glass.
S - Smells of fresh citric hops, topical fruits and some sweet caramel malt. The dry hopping really helped this one out.
T - Starts off with a mix of ripe tropical fruit and fresh citric hops. Caramel malts help break up the bitterness just enough to keep me interested. Finish is bitter with some lingering sweetness, doesn't stick around for very long.
M - Slick body with plenty of hoppy flavor and moderate carbonation.
O - This one is much better than the regular version I am used to having. I wish it was like this all the time, I would definitely order it more thats for sure.
