Served on tap in a snifter

A - Slightly hazy brown with 2 finger tan fluffy head with excellent retention and moderate lacing.

S - Caramel malt, rich barley notes, earthy hops, and a lot of booze.

T - Fairly sweet caramel notes quickly transition into savory earthy notes hops notes with complex barley character and an overwhelming warming boozy finish.

M - Medium body, moderate-low carbonation, chewy, heavy booze warmth.

O - A great winter sipper but way too aggressive on the booze, needs a little something to take the bite away.
