A: light amber colour, nice head, but it disappears quite fast.
S: loads of banana, hint of caramel, malts and hops
T: the bananas, the hops the malts are still here, but slightly more balanced
M: medium body, like most Austrian weißbiers slightly undercarbonated
O: pretty decent weißbier, I can see me drinking a couple of them. Pretty good for a beer that isn't really my style. So in conclusion, far from my favourite beer, but good for its style.

ZILLERTALER...it is a little weird, because in fact I am not really convinced of the beers of this brewery. The "Zillertaler Märzen" and also the other ones I tasted were ordinary austrian beers. (also: filling beer into green bottles is not really what we want! (Exception: Pilsner Urquell)). ZILLERTALER has to improve but I have to say: their Weissbier is pretty good! The colour is orange and cloudy. Nice head. Nice carbonation. Aromas of banana, grains and buttermilk. Tastes sweet, fruity and fresh, notes of apples and banana. Good mouthfeel and even a bit citrucy at the end. Not that bad!

poured this out into a pint glass from a green conditioned very europeon style bottle.expiration date of 03/11/09
appearance:it`s a murky orange color with a fluffy cotton white foamy head that fades and leaves little lacing.
smell:roasted carmel malt, citrus and bananas ,i pick up some hops and grains like wheat .it smells good.
taste:the citrus flavor it the most dominant followed by carmel malt and grain of course like the nose tells me, i get great wheat and a bit of sugar.
mouthfeel:the citrus feel is delightful on the palate the carmel and wheat after tasty has a almost perfect balance perhaps a little to sweet.it also got a crispness that is superb.
drinkability:this is a good brew the taste is well balance and it`s smooth and freshing.well made !! i`m surprise that not that many people are drinking this beer.try this out if you can find it..cheers.

Light oranged color, lightly veiled. Lively carbonation. A beautiful white and abundant head.
Very phenolic smell. A ligth banana and wheat.
Same at the taste, but very light and watery.
Note of malt and wheat. A bit anonimous.
Some banana in the aftertaste, and cloves.
Standard body.
Anonimous.
