A-Hazy, gold, nice puffy head, great lace chunks.
S- lemon, orange, funky.
T- Follows nose, some malts, add a bit of earthy grass. I love the slight funk at the back. Spot on with ANY Wit I have had.
M- Light, perfect carbonation.
D- Big time. I love a Wit, and this fits the bill dead on. Nicely done!

This is really and outstanding whit...I've had probably three growlers of this and it tastes awesome every time.
Aroma reminds me of Hoegarden...fresh citrus but not acidic...there is also a nice herbal aroma to it as well.
The taste follows suit but there is a unique little herbal touch to this that really makes this special...
Excellent whit beer with a unique twist...easy drinking...perfect carbonation and body....a must try...quality stuff

I went through a few pints of this and a few shared growlers of this last weekend in and it was a hit. This is a damn tasty wit. Nice pale "off" gold color with a definite cloudiness to it. The aroma is fresh and herbal and spicy and sweet. The flavor has a nice wheat base to it, but the spiciness accents just perfectly. A little lemon and a little citrus. Not too strong and not too weak. The chamomile adds a nice touch. Nice little sweet corriander orange accent. This was incredibly refreshing and tasty. One of the better wits I've had in a while.

Pale gold and cloudy. The head is light and is approaching white in color. There is a stickiness to the rim of the head and a little bit of lacing. The nose is light and fruity in true "wit" fashion. Grain heavy flavor and it stays that way through the finish. The nose is lighter than the flavor. There is an abundance of malts and grains that are coming through in the aftertaste. Very strong from the flavor through the drying in the mouth. A little deceptive based on the lightness of the nose.

I enjoyed this beer from the comfort of my own living room. From a growler to a mug glass. I picked this up at Cellar 70 about 5 weeks ago while in Wausau for the day.
Appearance: Pours a hazy yellow with a thin white head that doesn't stick around long. Nice carbonation.
Smell: Sweet coriander, lemon and citrusy.
Taste: Just as the smell suggests. Tastes of coriander, lemon and citrus.
Mouthfeel: Thin-bodied and sticky. Coats the tongue nicely.
Drinkability: Very drinkable brew. Nice for the summer. Would definitely seek out again.
