Thanks to Adam (TheAlum) for this one at DLD 2012.

A - Pours a golden yellow color, fizzy white head, thin collar.

S - Tart fruity citrus, funk, lemon peel, pineapple, light acidity.

T - Light fruits, funk, citrus, acidity, tart/sour. Pretty straight forward here, and not quite as enjoyable as some other Destihl wilds I've had. Finish is light fruity sweet tarts.

M - Light body, good carbonation, dry finish.

O - A nice sour, but didn't blow me away like a couple of other Destihl sours have. That said, I'd drink this often if it was around, and I look forward to trying future batches.
