This is an awesome beer. I got a 4 oz tasting pour. It's certainly wine like. The beautiful red tones of the beer makes me think of a red wine.

A- A lactic tartness and some berry like notes.

A- deep red with a thin white fleeting head.

F- tartness and some berry flavors making me think of raspberry.

M- Dry with a thinnish body. Theres no cider notes and this beer has some residual body. The body is low but not too thin.

O- this is awesome wild ale. I hope their next spontaneously beer is this good as well. I hope this evolves into a recurring flavor profile for destinl.
