American Double / Imperial Stout
Cherries and chocolate are made for each other, and in this case, it's sour cherries and chocolate & roasted malts combining in this imperial stout made with Belgian yeast and aged in oak barrels. Black in color and full bodied with subtle aroma, flavor and tartness perceived from the addition of sour cherries and Belgian yeast.

Had this on 2012-10-09 in Normal, IL at the brew pub
A - Dark brown with a touch of ruby at the edges. 1/2-finger tan head and mild lacing.
S - Belgian fruity-yeast, medium roasted grain and sour cherry.
T - Nutty, spice, fruit cake, sour cherries, medium-dark roasted malt, milk and dark chocolate. Desert-like but fortunately not overly sweet. Just right with the balance of the sour cherries.
M - Medium body and light-medium carbonation. Creamy but dries out pretty well.
O - Really a fine dessert beer. Sour cherries and chocolate dominate the flavor.
