Pours a nice hazy golden color with a thin lacy white head. The aroma is very light and only sheds hints of wheat malt. The flavor was also very light and vague. The yeast flavors I love in hefes isn't here at all, instead the taste is a semi-sweet malty flavor. The body is light and well carbonated. The brew finishes very well, however it leaves behind a slight tart taste.

On draught at Desthil
served in shaker pint
Two and a half off white, soapy head
Hazy burnt orange in color
Smells of clove, malt, and yeast
Tastes like banana, bubblegum, and wheat.
Mouthfeel: fulfilling
Overall, have this beer! Make your way to Desthil to support a quality brewery that cares about beer, and the consumers of beer. Support the underdogs!! Long live the fighters!

Had on tap at the brewpub, it was probably the worst part of the visit. My one piece of advice, skip this on.
The color is a barely cloudy gold color that looks more like a bud Light than any hefe I have ever had. The aroma is a strange mix of bans and corn or some other grain (problem being, that grain isn't wheat). The taste is is like bad banana candy with the same grainy aftertaste. The mouthful is disgusting watery and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste that makes me reach for something to get the taste out of mouth.. Overall, the best thing about this beer is that I only ordered a four oz sample and i can get on to far superior beer.

just picked up a growler of this. the bartender poured me this for free to celebrate my vacation this week. pours cloudy and brownish-gold. one finger off-white head which thins out. nice lace. looks good.
cloves on the nose. banana. some darker fruits in there also. no off odors.
fruity taste. citrus aftertaste. good crispness.
mid body. good carbonation. tasty beer. i am not much of a frequent wheat beer drinker but i will get this again. i can see more growlers of this in the warmer months.

Sampled today at the brewpub.
Pale and cloudy orange body. Plenty of visible carbonation moving through the beer. Spotty lace around the edges, consistent foam.
Mellow banana and wheat aroma. A little bit more spice could make it even better. It has a clean freshness about it too.
Creamy body, light to medium in weight, with a good dose of banana and light citrus too. Dry finish with a touch of sweetness. Overall very clean and easy drinking, a good summer session candidate!
