Half Pint poured into 8oz snifter @ Bier Stein

A - Pours a dark rust w/ 1 finger creamy beige head which fades to a cap and leaves good lacing. Fairly clear but slightly foggy.

S - Smell is somewhat muted. Light aromas of banana and clove, some chocolate and biscuits

T - Tastes are more pronounced, chocolate covered bananas, graham crackers, raisins, graininess, light roasty notes in finish, mocha.

M - Somewhat slick feeling, medium body with decent carbonation, but somewhat low for style, clean finish and silky smooth on the palate.

O - Decent dunkelwiesse. Not as much yeast character as I'd like, nose is muted. Head fades fast, but good flavor and drinkability.
