Service Temperature is 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Service Glassware, 4oz Sampler Shot.

Appearance, is burnt and clear with a mild white foamy head with no lace.
A waft of subtle smoke and some sweetness is accented along the edges with some oak.
My initial impression is subtle smoke with some minor alcohol and some minor pine.
Mouthfeel is medium to strong and overall enjoyable.

Interested to try this with some bratwurst or a reuben.
