Poured from 12oz can into my Eskimo Joe’s mug.
Appearance: light yellow hue with a mild haze and plenty of effervescence. Head is a layer of pillowy eggshell foam leaving a chunky lace on the glass.
Smell: lightly toasty malt with a kind of lemongrassy hop aroma which, together, give kind of a floral character. Not too bad; a typical APA.
Taste: very much like the aroma, with lemony hops and toasty malt. It’s a bit sweet for my taste, though, when it comes to a pale ale.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and actually a pretty good creaminess.
Overall: a solid, if unexceptional, APA.

Clear golden color with a moderate but lasting off white creamy head and lots of nice lacing.
The aroma is light caramel malt, hints of citrus and fresh cut grass.
The taste is also light caramel malt, fresh bread, citrus. The finish is slightly drier with floral and herbal hops notes. All flavor notes are nicely balanced and generally mild, no jarring over use, very pleasant and tasty. Sometimes mellow and balanced is special in itself.
The body is light/medium, moderate carbonation, nicely smooth and very drinkable.
Altogether, this is a very enjoyable pale ale with some elements of IPA, nicely blended.

cans, best before November 11th 2020.
Pours a clearish lemon gold with a very healthy head of foam.
Quite the hoppy nose with a lot of citrus..grapefruit..sweet notes of something like pineapple but I doubt that is what I am smelling. More likely, caramel malt.
Citrus grapefruit up front, no signs of pineapple or caramel, definite toasted malt taste to my palate. I could also describe the malt as earthy.
Excellent mouthfeel.
Solid APA.

Nothing spectaclular here but a solid choice. Hoppy as advertised yet smooth with no excessive bitter aftertaste. Perfect for the weekend IPA warrior.

8-Bit Pale Ale | Tallgrass Brewing Co. Tap House. Poured from the can into a pint glass, this sports a three finger thick head, solid lacing, and a deep golden body.
Smells like nice and zesty citrus with brighter malts and grains.
I'm tasting that citrus zest complimenting the hops rather pleasantly. Mild all-around without sacrificing flavor. Nice and lively.
Medium mouthfeel with mild carbonation.
I'm rating 8-Bit Pale Ale | Tallgrass Brewing Co. Tap House with an overall 4.

Just like the video game pictured on the can, this one is a classic.
Beautiful pour with thick and creamy head, just off-white, that sticks around for a while before settling into thin foamy cap and leaving tons of clingy lacing on the glass.
Crystal clear, golden straw colored beer. Slightest amber tint.
The aroma is not huge but offers grain, a hint of citrusy hop and some grassy malt.
Flavor is grainy malt, some residual malt sweetness and a moderate level of bitterness. Hop flavors come through as a bit of bitter citrus and some earthy resins.
Just lighter than medium body and persistent moderate carbonation.
Sometimes you just feel like this kinda brew. Nothing earth shattering but full flavored, balanced and nothing offensive. Tastes like beer tasted 15 years ago.

Orange color with a finger of fluffy white head. Faint pine and floral hop smell. Medium feel. Taste has sweet malt, citrus, and floral hops that all kind of come at you at once. Pretty good, one of these beers that blurs the line between a hoppy APA and a lighter IPA.

Pours rather clear until the final ounce which gives it a slightly foggy look. Head is two fingers in height and white in color with fair retention. Aroma is a meshing of pine, resin, floral, and herbal hops with biscuit malts. There is a bit of a sour punch within the mix. Flavor profile is resin, floral, and herbal hops with a light dose of citrus hops. Bittering hops dominate. Biscuit, bread, and pale malts give it a little bit more of a foundation, but the bite from the hops pokes through. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a velvety feel that borders on crisp. Overall, while hops aren't hugely overwhelming, they are certainly driving the storyline here. It's a fair beer, making a good session beer.
