Clear straw color, a bit of white foam. Aroma has really clean malt and some citrus character. Taste is also really clean with slight meadow flower honey but not sweet, just aromatic. Finish is more hoppy with a balancing bitterness. Light body with medium carbonation. A really balanced and drinkable lager.

Purchased and sampled at the Brewery in Schlammersdorf.
This beer poured a cloudy, golden color with creamy, white foam that persisted a while and then settled, clingling to the mug. The smell was nicely spicy hops and malt. The taste was very nice: malt, spicy hops, with some tangy, aromatic fruitiness from the hops, and a hint of caramel in the malt. The mouthfeel was crisp but smooth with medium body and modest carbonation feel. This was quite delicious. Not overly complex but just about perfect.
