Appearance: hazy golden color, really great lacing, this would be an example of what lacing should look like
Smell: faint fruity
Taste: light banana, clove, fruity,
Mouthfeel: light crisp and very dry
Overall: a very refreshing dry beer, I could really

short pour into tulip.
Pours a orange bordering on amber with a finger of head. smells of grassy, herbal and citrus notes.
taste is bitter marmalade and citrus with a fairly herbaceous note. as if you took a pale ale and put more emphasis on the earthy notes. lightly phenolic + fruity from the yeast.
finishes dry with medium body and high cabronation.
this is the most "amercian" beer I've had from De La Senne despite using only English hops.

On-tap at Novare Res Bier Cafe
Poured a clear dark golden color with a hint of red, and a small frothy head. The smell was the most unique aspect of the beer, combining a fruity, estery, yeastiness with a distinct bubblegum-type aroma. I could have left my nose in the glass all afternoon. The taste is a bit more fruity, with complex belgian yeast notes, and a mild hop presence. The bubblegum is still there, but a bit less powerful. The mouthfeel is chewy and well carbonated. Overall, a unique brew that I would drink over and over again.

On draft at Moeder Lambic Fontainas.
The beer is a dirty, hazy yellow color with a massive, white, soapy head that leaves ample lacing on the glass. The aroma brings yeast, banana, clove, light spice, slightly sweet malt. The flavor is a tad sharp with a nice bite from the hop character, finishing with a lingering malty sweetness. Thin and light, this beer is easy to drink. Complex, especially considering the 4% abv. Tasty beer, I would have this again.

Ring lace after every sip. Some spots in between. Moderate head that shrinks to rim bubbles. The color is approaching polished copper.
Caramel aroma, but it's not sweet.
Starts with a mild pale malt sweetness, but slowly, a black pepper hop flavor takes over. The finish becomes quite bitter. Long aftertaste. Decent body with neutral carbonation.

We had this on-tap at moeder lambic fontainas. Served in a goblet.
Appearance: Pours a clear golden amber color with a half finger of off white head that fades to a small layer on top of the pour.
Smell: Herbal Belgian yeast with a slightly sweet malt note. There is a fruity undertone throughout.
Taste: Belgian yeast note is there, but it is dominated by the hop bitterness. The overall flavor is a bit watery. The finish is bitter.
Mouthfeel: The body is think with weak carbonation and a dry finish.
Overall: Some decent flavor here but the balance is a bit off. Less bitterness would have been nice.
