Appearance- dark brown with light carbonation and slight carbonation seen in the glass the head is beautiful and lingers for a very long time,
Smell- malty, almost musty sourness to the nose, honey, spice
Taste- slightly sweet and malty up front, theres a nice lingering spice that lingers on through the finish keeping it balanced, honey only faintly noticed and there is definitely nuttyness to the flavor, decently hoppy to at the finish, interesting flavor profile though not overwhelming
Mouthfeel- medium bodied and smooth
Drinkability/overall- not sure exactly what to make this beer its almost very spicey, not sure one hundred precent if its just hops or combination of unique ingredients being used in the beer, overall this beer did grow on me but not sure its one I could drink a whole lot of or would get often, interesting but not amazing

this is one strange bottle of brew right here. some very strange ingredients come together quite well. the pour is a medium copper color, clear, with a few fingers of sudsy khaki head that slowly fades out. I smell the honey, and the rest of the additives sort of produce a green tea smell, which gives some bitter bite to the sweeter red malt bill. the flavor is malt forward, with the sweetness of honey and a floral yeast component. I could tell this is a brewdog beer without ever looking at the label, its got that distinct yeast complexion that is in all of their beers. alcohol is well hidden, but comes out as the beer warms up. this has an aftertaste of some of the herbal infusions my girlfriend makes, slightly bitter, strong, concentrated. I don't get much hops in here, but there is enough going on without them. the body is fuller than medium, but the drinkability is aided by spirited carbonation and the clean finish. without the honey, this beer might be really weird, but the honey meshes well with everything, and brings it all back into harmony. overall a clever beer from brewdog, but not something I need to drink again. props for the ingenuity though!

Poured from a bomber into a nonic.
This reddish-orange brew pours with two-fingers of pure tan head. Foam is thick and resilient.
Aroma consists of honey, graham crackers, tea, cinnamon sticks and faint herbal hops.
Tastes malty with a wallop of honey, a few notes of apple and pear, poppy, a bit of earthy nuttiness and tea leaves at the back. The honey becomes arguably overpowering after a glassful.
Has a medium body and a bit sinewy with very little alcohol heat.
Pleasantly surprised with this one as I usually can't get to fruit/spiced beers. Apart from the growing impact of the honey as the glass empties, this one works pretty well, although 12 oz. would probably suffice for an individual, or plan on sharing the magnum.

A bit of a gusher, pours an effervescent brown with a sliver of tan head. Superior lacing & head retention
S: Figgyness, raisins & both fall off fairly fast
T: Follows the nose, leafy tobacco, brown sugar & persimmons up front. Some milk toast & jammyness as this warms, plus dryness & a touch of woody hops, a touch of cinnamon & brown sugar
MF: Medium bodied, fairly firm carbonation
Drinks fairly easy despite the fact this didn't quite pull together. This one did nothing for me

Bottle pour at the bottle share held at Chloe's inside Golden Road Brewing in Los Angeles, CA.
Pours a clear orange with a foamy beige head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, earth, fruit, spices, and herbs. Taste is much the same with herbal and cola flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a low level of carbonation with an almost flat mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with some interesting aromas and flavors with the ingredients used.

Brewdog Dogma
LOOK: Dark brown, mostly clear but very dark and with a maroon tinge. Two shades of tan head leaving good lace.
SMELL: Boozy, nutty coffee. Strong smelling initially then gives way to pleasant ale yeast fruitiness.
TASTE: Nuts, honey, malts and herbal notes. One would suspect English ale yeast was employed as this brew tastes somewhere between a barleywine and an English brown ale. Subtle cocoa notes. The alcohol is toned down in the taste, a finishes with a dryness and dry poppy seeds post-quaff. Minutes after drinking you can still taste poppy seeds.
MOUTHFEEL: Full bodied, mild carbonation and smooth creamy feel. Somehow dry as hell.
OVERALL: A bitches brew that comes together and finishes strong (as in successfully). I may fail a drug test due to the poppy seeds used in brewing, but who the hell cares.

Poured from the bottle into a tulip glass. Batch 520, Best before Nov 23, 2012.
A thin head with a shampoo like retention, faint yellow tan in color sits on a quite nice red almost ruby orange body, with some nice rising carbonation. I'd give this nearly a four but the head just doesn't last and looks weak.
Nose is interesting, seems reminiscent of English strong ale malts and big fruity yeast esters. Sweet honey a bit, and a cinnamon sort of bent but something really spicy burning in the back of the nostrils. Interesting not sure where this might be going but I like it.
Palate hits very full and rich, with lots of juicy qualities. Quinine tonic spritzy character with zesty mellow sharp citrus oils. Malt backbone seems large to carry everything, with a big tropical fruit punch feeling. Sort of a tannic dry finish also.
Overall fun beer, and doesn't even feel like 8% abv either.
