Tasted in a Blanche de Bruges spicey cinnamin smell to the cork. Very clean clear peach look in the goblet. Lots of carbonation in the brew and a sticky white head on the pour... this head laves just a fine outer rim and lace on the glass. Glased doughnut (krispy kreme) smell with touches or corriander and orange rind. Full flavored wheat malt upfront is cut and balenced quickly with corriander, clove, and white pepper. The tongue is left with a slight orange whisp of dryness. The mouth is very layered and complex starting with full coating maltiness then at mid sip sparkles with lively carbonation and finishes clean and dry. A roller coaster of a wit... good stuff.
