Stopped by the publick house for a bite and to pick up some IRS bottles. Ordered a flight with bratwurst. Brew arrivedin a few ounce sample pour. Black as night with a creamy white head. Super creamy. Smells like espreso and nice roasted malt. Tastes really creamy and silky. The espreso leads the patty but this one is a bit too silky for me and could use some grit. Really nice milk stout though.

On nitro at the brewery.
Poured a dark brown hue with amber streaking below a one and a half finger frothy off white cap. There was very good retention and lacing.
The smell featured spent coffee and lactose.
The taste consisted of roasted barley, a moderate yet not overpowering coffee with a slightly sweet finish.
The mouthfeel was creamy yet clean.
Overall a tasty and sessionable stout.
