A: Clear amber with tons of small bubbles. A fluffy eggshell head mouts and sticks around a while.
S: Not too much going on. A light grassy smell, some lemon.
T: Like the nose, the taste is pretty tame. Does produce a decent bitterness.
M: The mouthfeel's decent. Not too viscous, a good balance of carbonation, and a fresh finish. A little watery though.
O: Not a good example of an East Coast IPA. It seems more like a sort of English IPA but with American hops. All things considered it’s drinkable but falls light-years shy of would-be comparators from the likes of Maine Beer Co., Potsmouth Brewery, etc.
