Poured into a Pilsner glass.
Appearance-A nice 1.5 cm head formed and remained for minutes, the body is a hazy golden hue, Looks good to me.
Smell- Some faint hops followed by what I would describe as a traditional pilsner smell.
Taste-The taste is of pilsner malts and the hops creating a super crisp finish. The more sips I take the more I appreciate how Southampton does the pilsner style.
The mouth feel is light with a crisp finish.
Overall not the hoppiest pills(not that they are supposed to be) but one of the more enjoyable I have had the chance to drink. It is perfect for drinking in hot and humid weather.

Served from the bottle into a pilsner glass
A- Poured a semi-hazy bright golden color with soapy white head, tons of streaming carbonation that left no lace
S- Big fresh aroma. Lots of breadiness, pilsner malt, lemon, fragrant floral notes, grassy hops, and mineral notes
T- Just like the aroma. Lots of breadiness, pilsner malt, lemon, fragrant floral notes, mineral notes, and quite a bit of honey sweetness
M- Semi-dry, fairly smooth, medium to light bodied
O- A really nice fresh tasting pilsner with lots of character. Lacking a little in the mouthfeel, and not as refreshing as it should be.

Keller pils? This thing looks pretty damn filtered to me. Regardless, my complaining stops there. Clear deep golden with a white head that sticks here and there. Nice hop spice with a balanced bitterness - pepper, grass, and lemon peel. Mild bready maltiness. Neutral dry finish. A really nice pils here. Definitely worth a buy, but for a better price I think I'll go for Sierra Nevada Summerfest more often. I do love the idea of doing a single hop variety and rotating it each year. I just wish they would let us know what that variety is for palate education purposes.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a mug- pours a pretty clear golden yellow color with a two finger head after a vigorous pour with very slight retention and no lacing.
Smell is pleasant and crisp- grainy pilsner malt, crisp European hop notes. Lovely.
Taste is much like the smell- hop bitterness up front and it diminishes slightly, with a good pilsener malt background for the hops.
Mouthfeel is very good- I like a bitter pils and this ones pretty bitter with a light body (but full enough to stand up to the hops!) and clean refreshing feel. I would recommend it highly for those looking for a good bitter pilsner.

12oz Bottle from Party Source Syracuse NY for 2$
Appearance - Hazy gold colour with an average size fizzy white coloured head. There is an average amount of carbonation showing and there is some faint acing. The head lasted for 3-4 minutes.
Smell - Breads/grains, noble hops, corn
Taste & Mouth - There is a slightly above average amount of carbonation and I can taste corn mixed with some malts and grains. There is also some noble hops and some grassy/herbal flavours and a bit of citrus. It ends with herbal/hoppy aftertaste.
Overall - A really good beer that is very drinkable and refreshing. While it does have a lot of flavour, it's well balanced. I've only had a few beers from this brewer, but they're all been winners so far.

12 oz single bottle from "Lifesource" in Salem OR. $1.39 Poured into my PRB "chalice" it is a bright golden, slightly hazy pils ( seemed to be some yeast in the bottom as i poured..nice quarter inch sized white head. Good malty, biscuity aroma with a hint of Saaz type hop Taste is very nicely malted with a touch again of saaz type hopping, very balanced also getting some spiciness and yeasts showing through..like a regular pils mixed with a light hefeweizen..nice Good palate, very enticing . Excellent beer..would be terrific in the late Spring.

Southampton Keller Pils has a medium, off-white head, some lacing, and a cloudy, bubbly, golden appearance. The aroma is of dank, musty, sugary grain, and the flavor is very hoppy, with a gentle bitterness. One will pick up medium-roasted malt, hay, grass, sugar, and even lemon with this beer. Mouthfeel is medium, and Southampton Keller Pils finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, mostly dry, and highly drinkable. A sure winner, which I unquestionably recommend!

12oz : tulip
Lightly hazy golden yellow with a thick, foamy white head.
Grassy, sweet lemony hops predominately in both the nose and taste. Light biscuit backing.
Medium+ body with prickly carbonation.
An enjoyable Pilsner. The faint, sweet lemon hop notes are a nice touch.

A: Muted tangerine oragne with a dense clarity and a milky cream colored head that just wouldn't hold even with an agressive pour. Patchy covering atop, no lacing and no distinguishable effervesce.
S: Candied creamy oranges for aroma, wheat, and a small dash of orchard hopping. Not much strength but grows on you the longer you endure.
T: Flavor of spicy herbaceous tangerines, orchard and shrubbery notes, wheat and some tart citrus-oranges. The floral-herbaceous hops really kick in at the end. Some alcohol warmth on the swallow.
M: Fairly lax carbonation wise on the mouthful. Some creamy nature to it with a fairly good resistance.
O: Overall a keller pils that has a distinct fresh and floral-herbaceous hopping that really stands out here. Creamy body, decent drinkability.
