Review from notes, picked up a growler while in Massachusetts for Thanksgiving.

Appearance: Growler (64oz) pours amber with a very nice, thick, tan head.

Smell: Malts, hops, dough and yeast.

Taste: Hops, coffee, dough tobacco. Malts at the front of the mouth and hops as an aftertaste.

Mouthfeel: Thick and creamy, leaves the mouth feeling normal with a hop aftertaste at the back of the throat.

Drinkability: Very drinkable, a well balanced I.P.A. that could easily be enjoyed all night. I will definitely enjoy my growler.

12oz Bottle from Total Wine Tampa FL for 2$

Appearance - Hazy brownish copper colour with a large size fizzy beige coloured head. There is a low amount of carbonation showing and there is some faint lacing. The head lasted for around 5 minutes.

Smell - Hops, malts, grapefruit, caramel

Taste & Mouth - There is an average amount of carbonation and I can taste caramel and malts mixed with some dry hops. There is also some grapefruit and something along the lines of rye. It ends with a malty fairly bitter dry hop bitterness.

Overall – It tastes like a good east coast IPA. Not a whole lot of fruity juicy notes, but some nice malts and a decent dose of hops. A beer well worth trying.
