Modest head that leaves plenty of streaky lace. The color is deep gold with no haziness.
Pleasant citrus rind aroma. A bit evergreen also present.
The malt seems a bit off to me, but it's brief. True to style, the hop bitterness takes over completely, leaving a very long aftertaste. Thinner than their other offerings.

Enjoyed this ale on the second trip back to the Brewery. Poured into a pint glass and ready to start the day full of beer sampling!
Appearance- A very hazy, light orange color with a bright white finger of head that leaves a ring of lacing at the top.
Smell- Great balance between hops and fruity essence.
Taste- Hops up front first providing a nice citrus flavor followed by a great toasted malt finish. Simply delicious!
Mouthfeel- Medium bodied, very nice mouthfeel, not to thick or thin, with a nice amount of carbonation.
Drinkability- This ale would be perfect for a session ale! As it is very comparable to the Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, this one had to be my absolute favorite from Sarasota Brewing Co! Will be having again next time in Sarasota, FL.

A: Pours a nice copper orange with a nice tall slightly off white head. Pretty good retention with some nice lace noted.
S: Fruity and hoppy. Nice sweet fruits with notes of candy sweetness. The hops are fairly aggressive with notes of both citrus and pine.
T: Very much like the aroma. Nice candy sweetness that is supported by mild fruit nots. The hops are forward here with strong pine and citric notes. Hints of grass in the finish.
M: Medium in body, smooth, with a nice bitterness in the finish.
D: Pretty good. One of the better offerings at Sarasota brewing. The hop profile was nice in this one. By far the most aggressive beer these guys do.

A - Golden and extremely clear with a minimal head.
S - Mostly toasted malt but some floral hops come through.
T - Initially malty flavors dominate but a nice hop bitterness emerges over time. It has a nice lingering flavor.
M - A little thin with moderate carbonation.
D - Smooth and easy to drink. Not the impressive IPA that I like to see anchoring a brewpub but enjoyable enough.

A nice copper in color with a short head.
It has a vegetal aroma of hops.
The taste is all about hops, which was really surprising for the Sarasota Brewing Co. Their beers don't push the envelope, but this beer sure does. I'd guess significant dry-hopping give this beer the earthy, citrus flavor and significant bitterness.
It has a smooth body and is nice and easy to drink.
This is the best beer brewed by SBC. If you are a hophead, you have to try it.
