My local homebrew shop.

Keeps a running barrel of light LME, with other dried extracts in bags (light/medium/dark/wheat). Carries three base malts (2-row/MO/german pils) and all of the common specialty grains (lacks only the esoteric ones eg carafa, light chocolate); some are in 2lb bags only. Maintains a good but not exceptional selection of pellet hops, and a few types of leaf hops. Has managed to hold onto a decent selection through the shortage, and prices haven't skyrocketed. Carries several WYeasts and will order any WY in (as they will with most ingredients).

The staff are always friendly and usually pretty knowledgeable, although some are more focussed on winemaking. They are very helpful, and have always tried to bring in the ingredients or equipment I needed.

Prices are significantly higher than in the US, but I think they're as low as you can reasonably expect in Canada. It's always cheaper to buy from them than to ship from the states.

Glad to have them as my LHBS.
