Really couldn't distinguish this from one of my early homebrew recipes. These guys must be starting out in the craft business if this is their lager offering. Got 3 bottles as part of a monthly beer club. I guess I'll drink them...? Also got Key West Ale in the shipment which is also by Florida Beer. Hope it is an improvement.

[Suggested Glassware: Lager Glass]
The pour was a clear golden amber with a huge (3-4 finger) white pillowy head that receded at a slow steady pace down to a thick film and large collar with excellent sheets of lacing.
The aroma was of a light grain malt, grassy hops and a moldy yeast with a hint of caramel and a touch of honey.
The taste was lightly malty sweet with a hint of caramel from the start and had a mild bitterness with slight honey sweetness at the end. The flavor lasted an average duration following the swallow, with a slightly metallic bitter taste left to linger a bit longer.
Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a fizzy carbonation.
Overall a pretty basic American Lager, that had a crisp feel to it with a lingering aftertaste...

Brown tinted amber, minimal head on the pour. Scent brings notes of sweet malt extract with faint stale hopping. Taste carries over from scent, lightly bitter and earthy, sweet but not overly flavorful. Medium bodied, some heft and lacking in carbonation. Nothing to see here folks...

This pours a clear, amber color with a slight, foamy head. The aroma has grains, malts, and a bit of spicy hops. The flavor is full of cheap grains reminding me of Busch or Genuine Draft but this is a little better tasting. Very simple and plain as it’s nothing out of the ordinary other than a basic local beer.

A - Clear red hue with a 1.5 finger white head. Leaves some laces as it gradually disappears.
S - Not too much on the nose, some piney hops, but it's faint.
T - Comes in with caramel and two row malts first, then is followed by more of a bittering hop presence, mostly Northern Brewers as the description states. Hops are moderate but still noticeable. Finishes slightly bitter. Balance is generally good.
M - Fairly light for the style, easy enough to drink multiple beers in one sitting. Not quite sessionable though.
O - A decent Vienna lager. Nice to try to see the local take on the style, and a good update to their Ybor Gold Amber Lager. You can find better takes on the style though.

12oz bottle poured into a standard pint. Enjoyed proper sitting on Jax beach. The brew appears a hybrid sort of clear golden amber color with a white head about a finger strong.
The smell is sweet with caramel malt and a bit of toasty appeal. The aroma seems exaggerated with a corn-like sweetness. Other than that, there isnt much to take in.
The taste is sweet with toasty caramel malt. An aftertaste of corn and a yeasty quality fills the mouth. Some rinds and cantaloupe flavor come in mid-palate but with no perceived bitterness.
This is a medium bodied, lightly carbonated offering. It is fairly easy drinking adjunct lager of sorts that was worth it to say I had it. Under other circumstances I probably would have hated this but in the hot sun, it wasnt bad.

Poured from bottle into pint glass
Appearance – Pours a golden color with a one finger white head. The head fades moderately fast to leave a lighter level of lacing.
Smell – The smell is quite heavy of a bready and corny aroma. While these smells are the main aroma there is a lighter sweet smell of caramel mixed within.
Taste – The taste begins with a bready and caramel flavor. As the taste moves forward the sweetness increases some with the caramel getting stronger as well as some flavors of corn coming to the tongue. In the end the sweetness fades some, leaving a slightly drier and bready flavor on the tongue.
Mouthfeel –The body of the beer is rather moderate in terms of thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is just slightly above average. The characteristics of the beer are really quite nice for the style, making it very drinkable but yet still allowing the malty flavors to shine through.
Overall – A pretty tasty lager. Very drinkable and a nice blend between sweet and malty. Not bad.
