A - Clear mild red. Poured with a slight head that quickly dissipated.
S - slightly biscuity.
T - malts, with a little bit of hops.
M - Slighty thin, a little flat.
O - Pretty good beer for an amusement park. Would have been nice to have it in a real glass instead of a plastic cup.

Had this beer at Harry Potter World at Universal Orlando, paired with a smoked turkey leg. First off the serving size was huge compared to what I expected. A very easy beer to drink. A beer that most can enjoy on a hot and cold day alike. Would recommend to anyone visiting the park.
Id guess the ABV is around 5-6%
Very easy to drink, not too bitter, not too light

1.5 finger frothy head with lacing and retention not accurately described since you can only get this beer in a plastic cup.
S: mild sweet caramel malt aroma. Not much hops.
T: sweet caramel malts throughout with a decent musty and mildly bitter hop character I wasn't expecting from this one.
M: moderate carbonation, light to medium body and semi dry in the finish.
Overall a nice surprise while at an amusement park. Definetly the best beer of the choices available.

Amber color appropriate for style, slightly cloudy, good head retention despite the plastic cup
Low to none. Slight veggie aroma
Good Scottish flavor, hops way in the background
Mouthfeel low - too low in my opinion
Overall, a good Scottish. The bartender said he thinks the ABV is 5.9 or so; whatever it is, it's mild.
One more thing, this place has more English beers than United Kingdom has at Epcot. Decent selection on tap.

A: Pours a clear reddish amber with moderate carbonation. Didn't catch the head on the pour but am guessing that it probably a finger of head that dissipates pretty quickly and a creamy topper remains. Decent lacing.
N: Mostly biscuit with a hint of roastiness.
T: Strong biscuit throughout with some roasty brown sugar and a hint of cocoa. Finishes with slight hints of floral hops.
M: Light bodied, smooth and dry.
O: A pretty solid beer and probably the only thing worth drinking in Universal Studios.

I can't believe I'm ticking a beer at Harry Potter World in Universal Orlando, however, that's the only place in the world that one can tick this particular brew, so there you have it.
I have to admit that when I found out that Universal commission this brew by the Florida Brewing company to be a theme park exclusive, I was more than a little impressed. Heck, one doesn't go to these stroller dodging extravaganzas for the suds!
Served in a "Wizarding World of Harry Potter" plastic cup... Ugh.
A: Moderate brown color with a soft, clear amber effervescence. The head was mild and basically insignificant.
S: Malty, but not a Scottish bomb (which I appreciated). A bit of caramel gave this some character.
T: Definitely not on the Wee Heavy side of the Scottish spectrum. This was crisp, clean, malty, and not too complex... But it wasn't intended to be.
M: On the lighter side, but still full enough. The lacing was moderate and the carbonation was fine.
O: It's common knowledge that it get's pretty frigging hot in Orlando, and I felt this was pretty drinkable considering the circumstances. I've always felt and still feel that the atmosphere when drinking a brew plays a large role. I looked out to my left and saw HogwArts castle, to the right was Olivander's Wand shop, and sitting at the table with my was my beautiful Princess of a wife enjoying a beer with me. Amazing times....

This beer is brewed by the Florida Beer Company for the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure in Orlando. Available only at the Hogsmeade pub/restaurant in the theme park.
Pours a clear ruby brown with a small tan head in the damn plastic cup they served it in. Head falls to nothing, small lace.
Mild malt aroma with a bit of hop. Not too much going on here but I guess I didn't expect too much.
Tangy taste. Malts and slight hop bitterness. Nothing really stands out.
Thin to medium bodied with decent carbonation.
Not bad. Better than most options at Universal. Worth a try.
