Poured from a 12oz bottle into a Darkness tulip 2/25/11

Pour is as expected from a witbeer white head 2-3 fingers thick and a golden yellow hazy color. Moderate lacing of about 60% of the glass.

Smell is of yeast and lime. Very typical of the style minus the lime.

Taste is smooth and crisp with a hint of lime. Nothing really stellar about the taste but a solid twist on a Belgium type wit. I had this after a couple of strong ales and would like to revisit the taste in the summer.

Mouthfeel is moderate, very smooth, almost no bite on the tongue or roof of my mouth.

Drinkability is good if I was on the beech in Key West on a 90 degree day but outside of that its average. Nice to try but I won't be revisiting unless its a hot day and the mood strikes me.
