On tap at the Allentown Brew Works location.

Poured medium amberish color with a smaller sized head. Aromas of citrus and caramel. Tastes of citrus, floral hops, and caramel. There wasn't anything offensive about this, but there also wasn't anything that really stood out.

This poured out as a light amber color, it had a good clarity to it but seems like it won't have much body. The head is thin and white not leaving much lacing at all. The smell of the beer was mostly filled with malt and grain aromas with just a touch of hops in there also. The taste of the beer is a little on the weak side, it's got some malts and hops in there but it just doesn't pop at all in my opinion. The mouthfeel is also a little on the weak side. Not sure why but it kind of feels very watery. Overall I wasn't too impressed with this brew. I wouldn't pay to have it again.

On-tap at the brewpub.

In a word, disappointing. The malt somehow manages to hide while an uninspiring and typical of the brew works hops profile dominates the flavor. The hops, to be more specific, are the same grassy, spicy, herbal taste I've recently had in the Copper Kettle Pale Ale and the CH-47 pale ale at the Bethlehem location. I'm guessing the house yeast strain simply acts a bit funny with American hops, but the result here is not good. Pass.
