Poured from growler same day as purchased into SA glass.
A- Copper color with 1/2 inch white head that stayed into sample. Nice lacing.
S- Light citrus with a malty, bread like nose.
T- The hops are a little more than what I expect for an APA, but it was good none the less. Earthy bread with a citrus kicker.
M- Medium. Not too thick; just right for a warm summer eve.
D- A good beer that I would get again. I purchased the growler on recommendation after enjoying several other beer at the brewpub. Good Call! I hope that I can get back to the place soon.

The beer pours out as a copper colored brew with a nice looking cream colored head. The lacing isn't too bad here. The smell of some hops and a hefty amount of malts on the nose. The taste has a good bitterness to it and some bready aftertastes. The mouthfeel was pretty smooth. Overall it's a pretty decent drinkable beer.

A - Copper colored, as the name might suggest. Smallish white head.
S - Aroma hops, with nice clean American Pale aroma.
T - Nicely hopped pale, with a clean backdrop of malt. Standard pale ale flavors going on.
M - Evenly carbed, with a clean slightly oily mouthfeel.
D - Easy drinking pale ale, nothing too outstanding, but easily a sessionable pale ale.

On tap at the Allentown Brew Works location.
This was a basic American Pale Ale - super smooth and went down like a champ. Very little bitterness and subtle hop flavors. Definitely a session beer with no real outstanding characteristics. I had this one following their Hop Explosion, so that might have jaded my perception.

On tap at the BBW (Allentown Brew Works) Allentown location.
Poured a light to medium amber color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of citrus and caramel. Some light breadiness too. Tastes of citrus, caramel, and lightly grainy.

On-tap at the brewpub, only $2.50 a pint on Wednesdays.
Aside from a being fairly dark red color for a pale ale, this was good beer. The aroma is full of spicy, herbal hops and the flavor has a balance of dry biscuit (think bisquik) malts and more citrus hop flavors. The body is on the light side of medium and the carbonation is crisp enough to make this a good session beer. Worth trying if you stop by the brewpub.

On tap at Allentown Brew Works on 1/26/08.
A - Clear copper body with no carbonation. Decent head retention and spotty lacing.
S - Odd bitter herbal hop aroma with some faint bready malt and not much else.
T - Bitter medicinal taste with some bready and grainy malt flavor.
M - Pretty thin mouthfeel with a weird, off-putting bitter finish.
D - Not a very good pale ale. I wouldn't order another. This one needs improvement, including a cleaner finish and more prominent hop flavor and malt balance. It's a pretty dirty tasting brew.
