Well next time your in Hood River don't pass this spot up. Just around the corner from the large Full Sail brewery.
They have plenty of styles of beers to choose from from double IPAs to robust porters.
I stopped in after a visit to Full Sail, small but unique brewpub with about 10 taps, of their brew.
Tried the winter seasonal Falalala, and wow this is a strong ale with great hop taste. Also had the Hoplava which is a great IPA.
Food looked good, however I had already ate before getting here.

Awesome place to get a beer and food. main focus is pizzas, and they are some of the best i've ever had! make sure to hit up happy hour: $5 greek salad is enormous and delicious, and $10 smaller versions of the pizza. service is great, never been disappointed.

When I walked in here, I was mad that I spent the last couple of hours at Full Sail. They serve awesome pizza, and their beer is quite good. They had two casks. They were busy, but we stuck it out for about 15 mins to get a seat at the bar. Very glad we did. This is a bar that really feels "lived in" and grimy, but in a charming way.

A: I walked in on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Parking was non-existent and the crowd was a force to be reckoned with. An ample amount of outdoor seating along the entrance/sidewalk but when you walked in ...WOW..cramped, busy. There was a small bar area to the left as I walked in with some seating and another bar and seating area off to the right behind the hostess. One seat at the bar and I snagged it. Busy, sordove chaotic. Severs were very busy but the atmosphere was energetic. I struck up some beer talk with guys at the bar.
Q: My two beers were great. Devils Kriek is always good but my Poseur was amazingly good! No issues with quality here.
S: Despite how busy my server was he stayed on top of the bar and kept the beer flowing.
S: Standards available. A few rotating handles and specialty stuff which I greatly appreciated.
F: I did not try any food but I heard the pizza was legit.

Small bar, with some tables surrounding, I believe there was a dining area adjacent but I did not venture as I was constrained time wise.
Bartender was very friendly and helpful, allowed for samples prior to purchasing which is nice when you have literally never tried one of their beers.
Of the few I sampled some were average a few were quite above average. They have a bunch of their regulars on draft as well as a few which I was told were test batches/taproom only.
They also offer half or full pours which is helpful if you want to explore (and remember your journey in Hood River).
