On-tap at Brickhouse in Vancouver, WA served in a snifter.
appearance - slightly opaque dark orange/amber with a shallow head but excellent retention and having lacing
smell - big spicy hop profile, has a layer of complexity to it
taste - very hop forward, has a dry hopped tinge to it, significant malt body but the caramel malts play a background role to the resinous hop juice
mouthfeel - full bodied, creamy, smooth, slight bite from the hops, slight dryness from the hops
overall - a big beer, substantial hops, Fort George did a nice job on this one

On tap at Apex PDX $4.50 for 10 oz. glass.
Light amber brown clear body, pretty dark for style, half finger light tan head, several streams of carbonation rising to surface, some lacing. Nose is pine inspired hops, big dose of caramel malt followed by a bit of mild grapefruit notes. Taste mirrors nose with the malt fairly prominent for a DIPA, the bitterness on the back end will get your attention. Fairly full mouthfeel, wee bit of effervescence. Alcohol heat cuts into drinkability. A fairly unique take on style, and while certainly no world beater, another solid offering from an up and coming PNW brewery.

A: Poured a ruby color, yeah a ruby color with good carbonation. Looked appealing.
S: Pine, sour grapefruit mainly plus a buttload of caramel
T: Wow. This IIPA is a IIPA not IIIPA for one. It is very malt forward, I would say more so than hop forward. It is a pseudo hop/malt balance IIPA. Graprefruit and caramel take the cake.
M: Plenty of sticky caramel, medium to heavy body, big caramel, not big hops
D: Pretty good

A: Ruby red with a finger of sandstone head receding into a wispy cap with a solid "glass ring". Copious lacing.
S: Muted aroma is big on the sweet malts with some tropical hops. Specifically citrus and pineapple hops with little pine.
T: Big sweet juicy hops with a hefty malt backbone. The pine is heavier here than it was in the smell. Caramel seems to be the big malt. Grapefruit in spades. Better than Expo Hoppiness IMO. The balance of sugary malts to big hop presence reminds me of it.
M: Heavier side of moderate. Sticky on the lips. Finishes cleaner than it should!
D: Insane drinkability. So smooth. Very low alcohol bite. Took home a one quart mason jar for a friend!

Appearance: Has good lacing and is dark amber in color.
Smell: the smell is light and fruity. It smells similar to their Vortex IPA, however, it is slightly muted. A hint of tropical pineapple.
Taste: Balanced hop blend against a sweet malt backbone.
Mouthfeel: I would say it has a medium-heavy to heavy body.
Drinkability: Awesome!

Pours a muddy orange/brown with a small, foamy, off-white head. For a triple IPA the nose is less than expected, but still provides a nice assortment of hop aromas, dominated by orange, pine, and ganja. The best feature of the beer is where it counts. Starts with a blast of pine sap, moves into a really hardcore bitterness, followed by a wash of pineapple juice sweetness, and finishes with white grapefruit peel. The beer has real depth and complexity. Good carbonation pricks the tongue and the beer is medium/heavy bodied. Very drinkable considering what must be very high IBUs and ABV. Overall this is competitive with other triples like Hop Dam. An excellent addition to the Ft George seasonal lineup.
