Look: Murky yellow with a gushing white head that swells up and slowly recedes, leaving decent lacing behind
Aroma: Wheat bread, dried orange peel, coriander, light wafts of Belgian yeast, citrus, and some ever-changing herbal notes
Taste: Citrus (orange and lemon-led), wheat malt, and yeast kick it off as a heap of herbal notes trickle in and out – coriander, grains of paradise, dried orange peel. Wheat bread and yeast develop strength as the herbs rejoin to help close it out
Mouthfeel: Full, very soft and smooth throughout, medium-high carbonation, and soft on the finish
Overall: I dig it. I hadn’t had this in years and was excited to dabble again as I love a good Belgian witbier and this is a solid and tasty American take on one. All the right and typical wheat/yeast/orange peel/coriander notes are present and a nice softness in the feel, also expected and welcome. Tasting great on this warm evening. Recommended

what and old school and american take on this style, at the same time, contradictory as it sounds for a wit, its oddly malty, almost copper in color, but also sort of clear, which you dont usually see here, but then again, its fuller bodied and a little heavy, pretty hoppy but in a current way, and spicy in a lingering manner, it works on all counts, but this is far from pale wheat and belgian yeast and body, almost amber in color when it pours from the tap, no head at all when it arrives at the table (not their fault), and just not as fun texturally as i want a good wit to be, not at all. i had this with some artisan pizza, grease and dough and spice, and it worked fine, but it failed to enhance anything to a memorable level, and it filled me up as fast as the food. i wanted something real light and effervescent and classic, and this isnt it, too american, almost lazy feeling, national character and ale vibes together in the same glass. fort george slays the hoppy beers and has done well with the dark ones in my experience, but this is lackluster and as such disappointing from them. they could have made this way better than it is, lets be honest...

A slice of deliciousness. From a month old can and drinking super smooth belgian yeast and orange dominate. Not much spice or banana or whatever else one would expect from a Belgian wheat. The mouthfeel is outstanding. This is one smooth drinking beer.

Out of the 12 ounce can purchased in Seattle, on to the beer:
Hazy indeed with a yellow orange color to it, and topped with a slightly creamy head which dissipates into dots of white. The smell of fresh coriander is vibrant, and that swims with light citrus and cream.
Quick Wit is more than just a mere quick fix for my appetite. The orange peel has a pleasing bite underneath that lovely coriander. The creaminess of the oats adds a unique sweetness that allows the adjuncts to continually shine. As a bonus, the crisp sensation at the end of each sip is admirable.
Quick Wit has warm weather beer written all over it. Too bad I only have one can with me :-(

Can into a tulip. Hazy yellow. The yeast on the nose. Lemon, pepper alongside of the yeast taste wise. Somewhat tart, smooth yet really effervescent. Exceptionally good wit beer,!

On tap at Life of Pie tonight.
A mildly hazy orange with a thin white head with good retention, this looks great. The nose is solid. Bright with citrus and with some coriander, mildly bready, though more of a white bread character, this is solid. The palate is similar, delivering the refreshing goods with a blend of citrus peel, coriander and wheat with a pleasant yeast note. A little watery on the palate, this beer finishes with a mild grainy and citrus note. Solid.
