I sampled everything they had on tap and thought this was the best. Served on nitro for an amazing body feel. Not a lot of hopping by PNW standards, but and excellent UK style bitter.

Served in straight pint glass. Poured a clean, clear amber with just over 1/4 inch of creamy off-white head that had good retention and lacing.
The aroma was mostly smooth, even malts with a trace of hops in the background. The flavor was also a nice smooth blend of grainy malt with a bit of a hop tang on the finish.
The body was smooth, and even across the tongue. Drinkability was very good, you could easily spend an afternoon at North Fork sliding these down your throat while having a pizza and watching it rain.
Overall, a tasty little brew from one of Washington's hidden gems. Worth a visit.

North Fork has just six taps but serves two of their beers on nitro, including this ESB. It arrived with the customary nitro head of compressed white duff, but was otherwise uncarbonated, leaving the body painfully thin and watery. The nitrogen also managed to bury any semblance of flavor and aroma, causing me to wonder where the beer was in this professed pint of beer. The body was clear gold but ultimately bore more resemblance to water than anything else.
Smooth but pointless. Tastes like flour and water.
