When served on tap, the Cayman Islands Brewery beers are 100% unpasturized, which changes the flavor profile a bit.
Beer presented straw yellow with a nice 2 finger head that dissapated rather quickly. No real lacing was observed.
Beer smell was of yeast and malt. It had a fermenting beer quality smell, sweet and yeasty.
The flavor could be described as bready, but it is mainly a combination of yeast and malt. This seems to be the main flavor profile, as there is not much more to this beer. It did have a clean, fresh beer quality that was rather drinkable. The malt and yeast kept me wanting another sip. Tasted a bit nicer than the Caybrew if you like a more Euro flavor.
Overall this was a pretty good beer, but it was far from great.

Appreciated for the conservancy efforts of sharks against pochers and hunters, the beer is worth the effort for taste as well.
Standard straw in color, the beer releases a creamy white head that retains fairly enough with minimal lace. It's the typical appearance for Lagers designed for warm weather consumpiton.
A mix of pilsner malt and raw barley sets the stage in aroma, along with light bready flavor, mild sulfur notes, light apple-like esters, moderate floral hops, are all engulfed in an overall malty scent.
Medium sweet flavors for a lager seem very malty with light breads, yeast flavor, and soft grain taste. Sulfury notes seem to take the shape of match sticks and cause some rougher flavors. But the spicy hops round out the finish with a clean and understated bitterness. The richness of malt seems to be all malt, but without a whole lot of clean yet bland malt flavor.
Medium bodied and with a malty creaminess early, the beer retains its structure until quite late in the taste where a combination of hop dryness, mild alcohol, and sulfury bite round out the finish.
Oddly malty in that the malt flavor doesn't have much flavor- yeasty, bready maybe but it's interesting to see a non-descriptive malt character to come from a clean pilsner such as this.

Given to me by Jeremy2027.
This beer is brewed by Caybrew for charity. 5 cents for every beer purchased goes towards Shark conservation. Can says it's brewed from the FINEST malts and hops...we'll see...
Poured into a pint glass.
Appearance-Dark yellowish body with a soapy white head that dissipates nearly immediately. very clear. Barely any lacing.
Smell-Sweet malts, light citrus. Lots of grain as expected. Some funkiness.
Taste-Follows the aroma for the most part. Sweet up front. Stays sweet throughout with a light citrus note towards the end.
Mouthfeel-Actually very drinkable. Pretty refreshing, not overwhelmed with carbonation.
Overall-By no means will knock your socks off, but would drink this over a BMC any day.
