What a great beer! It's like an American Dos XX = no slime! It's very drinkable and should be consumed with lime. Even girls who don't like beer find it tolerable. They make it for $.12 a glass and sell it for about $1-3 for a glass, depending on the day you go. Just a great all around, drinkable beer.

Light copper red in color, quite clear, with a small white head, little retention. The carbonation is very small-beaded and slow-rising, the lacing is thin and slight.
Aroma: Decent herbal hop aroma, and some caramel and toasted malts.
Taste: Opens with caramel and toasted malts, and lots of herbal hops The hops offer a strong presence, grassy at first, turning earthy later in the taste. By the close of the taste, the hops utterly dominate, and linger at the back of the mouth with a medicinal bitterness.
Mouth feel: Smooth, soft and very pleasant.
Drinkability/notes: A nice example of a rare style, perhaps a touch over-hopped, but this is Texas, after all.
Presentation: Packaged in a sixty-four ounce Two Rows brown glass growler, served in a Sam Adam Boston Lager glass.
Serving type: growler

On tap at the Allen location. Served with a slice of lime.
The beer pours a yellow-amber color with a white head. The aroma is actually fairly nice. I get a lot of sweet toffee and a little bit of hop presence. The flavor is more of the same, with some grassy hop flavor and bitterness as well as some sweet toffee. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. One of the better Two Rows beers.
