Pretty tasty, though it finishes lighter than I'd expect for the style.
Pours clear golden with a fully white head that develops slowly and falls quickly. The aroma is sticky and piny. The flavor is strongly citrusy and piny, mostly hops, with a varnish-like top note and a little toasty malt on the bottom. The beer comes on strong on the first taste but fades to a weak finish, bracketed by a sharp, piny bitterness on the back of the throat. The mouthfeel is a little prickly.

A - clear golden/copper, thumb of white head settled at half a finger with bubbles rising from the bottom
S - citrus and fresh greens, bubble gum, mild florals and grains
T - leafy greens and bubble gum flavours prominent up front, followed by a floral bouquet, light multi grain cracker maltiness, finishes clean
M - light body with pleasant carbonation, crisp and clean with light bitterness and medium dry finish
O - pleasant and refreshing IPA with a nice mellow mix of hop flavours but retains and nice balance, well worth seeking out ... plus the ABV is the number of the beast!

A: Full tight white head billowing up 2 fingers and leaving plenty sudsy lacing. A rich gold clear ale that shows just a few lazy streams of bubbles slowly raising...sunshine in a glass.
S: fresh floral and citrus rind chased by sweet malts. A nose full of sweet floral fragrance reminiscent of amber perfume, with notes of sweet caramel and musky woods. Amazing smell - if it was bottled I'd wear it as perfume, happily.
T:Front notes of bitters, grapefruit rind with pine and fresh cut grass. Malty notes on the back end that balance bitters out to allow the bitters shine through brightly and balanced with malty richness.
M: Medium mouthfeel and carbonation. The alcohol esters help spread the floral and citrus bitters around the entire mouth
O: Wonderful balance between bitters and malts that allows the fresh floral scent and flavour to shine through. The floral presence and sweet caramel is intoxicating and alluring, much like perfume - delicate with warm notes underneath - expertly balanced to draw the drinker in.

A - Very clear, moderate carbonation, smallish head that fades rapidly leaving some big soapy like bubbles with a little lacing.
S - Great hop aroma right when you crack the bottle open, a good bit of citrus, a little floral, and a touch of sweet fruit.
T - Much like the aroma, lots of hop character, again mainly citrus with some floral and tropical fruit notes. The sweetness from the malt along with the tropical fruit hops reminds of me lychee.
M - Thin, very well attenuated, a little carbonic sting.
O - This beer shocked me. I was expecting some crap to be honest, but as soon as I opened the bottle I knew that was not going to be the case. Very much like a West Coast IPA, lots of hop character, still in balance, just a really good IPA.

Appearance. Pours a very clear gold-amber with a finger+ of thick white head.
Smell. Big juicy tropical fruits and some citrus rinds with a little clean toasty malt.
Taste. Nice citrus rinds and a little pine followed by juicy citrus and tropical fruits (but not very sweet). lightly floral hops and some nice dry toasted malts.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with medium, smooth carbonation.
Overall. A fantastic IPA with some really nice tasting hops and not too sweet ...which I appreciate.

500ml bottle. They had me at 'The Answer to Everything' banner, subtitled by the number 42 floating in hops. Then they had to go on about the Big Bang and one's last drink on Earth. Awesome doesn't begin to describe this kind of marketing. What, no suggestion for this as an ideal chaser for a Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster?
This beer pours a slightly chill-hazed pale golden yellow hue, with two fingers of fluffy, tight, almost creamy dull white head, which leaves some sparsely-separated Joshua tree lace around the glass as it evenly washes away.
It smells of pungently fruity orange and grapefruit rind, with more than a touch of juicy flesh, leafy, resinous pine needles, bready caramel pudding, and a warming floral booziness. Delightful. The taste is more bitter grapefruit pith, orange zest, some swirling, muddled tropical notes, tamely astringent pine, crackery, bready caramel malt, some further mildly spicy hops, and a subtle herbal warming.
The carbonation is average - competent, supportive, and then see-ya, the body a sturdy, stout medium weight, and smooth in a spartan, tightly no-frills manner, the hops seemingly doing their best not to interfere. It finishes off-dry, the tropical fruitiness having as much to do with it as the understated caramel malt.
Zoweee! One zark of a well-balanced, yet still eminently hoppy IPA, one with the right heft and quite pleasant drinkiness, all the better to cushion you for things such as matter transference beams, or you know, just plain ol' falling down. Highly recommended, as the BIg Bang Theory is just about to start. Of course it is.

A: Golden with orange brown tinge, filtered low visible carbonation, 2 finger slight yellow head. Nice frothy foam.
S: Ciutrus hops, spicy hop heat, typical American IPA reminding me of Sierra Nevada’s Torpedo. Dry, a bit of caramel malt.
T: Hopy, citrus hops, spicy hops, dry finnish. Nothing outstanding, balanced and smooth, bitter linger. A good old American IPA.
M: Medium body with a somewhat resiny bitter linger. Medium carbonation.
O: Delicious, smooth, novelty beer in Canada or US, so was glad to get my hands on one. However the style is widely available in other brands, and I would say it in itself is not outstanding, just great, but way overpriced at $10 a bottle where I got it in NC.
