Draft offering at the source. The brew appears a hazed golden copper with a white head. A full wall of webby lace sticks to the glass while rising bubbles maintain the cap throughout the duration.

The aroma is a fruity and citrus blend of hops attributes. A bit of yeast and alcohol esters emerge blending with herbal and rindy fruit aspects. Not a bad smelling brew, just a little lacking that punch to make it stand out.

The flavor is bitter pulp like grapefruit and orange rinds. Quite a bit of earthy and vegetative flavors that meld into citrus and fruity hop bitterness. It displays a snappy mineral filled finish typical of the style. What was unexpected was a bit of a catty flavoring lasting in the finish.

This is a medium bodied brew with a light to modest amount of carbonation. It is crisp in the ferl of the finish but has a contrasting pulp character and resinous cling. Worth a try but not something I would continually revisit.
