Notes:
Brewed with heavy handed additions of Pacific Northwest hops, this beer is gently aged on French and American oak resulting in a wonderful balance of bitterness, caramel sweetness, vanilla, and undertones of pine and citrus.

Presentation: Poured into a pint glass from a bottle, as pictured, with a bottled on August 25 2010, date.
A: Medium copper with a 1/2 finger off-white head. Slightly hazy.
S: Mainly caramel and ripe citrus. Oranges or tangerines. Very sweet smelling.
T&M: Mostly citrus hops with a small bit of piney hop bitterness. Earthy and fairly well-balanced with the caramel malty sweetness. Medium to full bodied. Some roughness from the oily hops, but mainly smooth in the middle that fades to a dry hop finish.
Very nice taste. Original and very drinkable IPA.
