Pours hazy and golden..thick foam with good retention.
Aroma is citrusy, yeasty, wheaty. There is also the spice profile..cloves, coriander. Banana as well.
Taste follows the aroma, and its basically an amped up regular wit. Stronger flavor profiles, particularly in the spices. Very well done.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and intensely creamy. This is one rich witbier. Drinkability is high, could easily work as a dessert for me, in a way.

I poured a bottle into a pilsner glass.
Appearance- Cloudy golden-orange color with two fingers of foamy head. Nice amount of lace.
Smell- Strong aroma of wheat, citrus, and spices.
Taste- Sweet wheat malt flavor at the start that turn into a fruity citrus halfway through, and ends with a big coriander spice finish.
Mouthfeel- Medium bodied and smooth with an average amount of carbonation.
Overall- A fairly good beer but just a tad too much spice at the finish.

A - Hazy gold with a orangish hue. Large, foamy, creamy, white head. Pretty good retention leaving patches of lace.
S - Loads of spice and fruit. Citrus, curaçao, coriander, and banana. Sweet with just a kick of spice. Some wheaty aroma. Not a typical Wit.
T - Loads of fruitiness. Banana, pineapple, pear, mango, and orange. Curaçao takes over mid-sip. Some spice (coriander and pepper mostly). Some honey, and sweet wheaty malt. Touches of vainilla and peach.
M - Medium body with average carbonation. Pretty smooth.
D - A little too much fruit and spice flavors. Not difficult to drink this glass, but I couldn't see having more.
Notes: Interesting Wit that seems a bit on the gimmicky side for me (with all the fruit and spice especially with the curaçao taking over). It's not bad, but it ended up tasting a bit like a mixed cocktail.

Poured this one into a standard pint glass, and the beer produced about a two finger thick pillow soft looking head of bright white, and the body was golden white with a mild haze The head retention is impeccable.
The aroma is of sweet honey, coriander, original bubblegum and gooey caramel.
Taste wise it's like chewing on some Topps bubblegum, with maybe a touch of blood orange character... Very sugary.
Feels full in body, with mild carbonation. Somewhat oily slick, which keeps a palate moist at first, but then the alcohol cuts in at the very end to dry the palate.
A great double wit IMHO, and I'd recommend this to anybody, beer drinker or not.
