Almost white beer, and bery light. I know that many people like this kind of wheat, but it parched me and left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I wish I could be more scientific here, but all I can really say is that if you are not already a fan of wheats, don't try to convert here.

peach colored with a nice big foamy head....looks great. but the smell is pretty tame, along with the taste. not much wheat and yeast flavors going on. very bland. pretty lively in the mouth...some bitterness and it's really easy to down a few fast. overall a disappointing stab at the style.

Presentation: 12 oz brown long neck, on the label it states that Whitewater Wheat is a filtered style American Wheat beer. "Month and week bottled" notch on the side for freshness.
Appearance: Sparklingly cloudy with a pale golden hue, a lean white lace garnishes the top.
Smell: Clean with a fresh grain, mild nutty yeast and faintly estery nose.
Taste: Moderately bodied with a crisp carbonation, well textured malty mouth feel from start to finish. A little bready with a cracker like malt flavour. Nuttiness from the yeast is mellow but very present. Hops are vauge and merely help to balance the brew. Touch of alcoholic esters give off a hint of fruitiness. Nice dryish wheat grain finish.
Notes: A non-obtrusive palate makes for easy drinking, a slice of lemon would do fine also being this is a neutral flavoured wheat beer. I went without one to get everything out of this brew.
