Stopped here looking for local brews to take home to New England.
Nice big modern store in a shopping village/residential townhouse complex that looks like it was just finished.
Helpful though very busy staff.
Marvelous beer selection, although mostly sixpacks which you could break. Some in coolers, much out on shelves or stacked. A good-sized wall of singles in front. Selection not as good for the advanced imbiber as Philly's Craft Beer Outlet which I visited a few hours later, but interesting and varied enough for most tastes, and overall a much more pleasant shopping experience. Will be back the next time I'm driving that way.

I stopped in here on a whim, if I remember correctly, and I am glad that I did.
They have great prices (except on Mikkeller/Evil Twin), especially for singles towards a mix six. There is a whole wall just for bombers and they seem to get some rare stuff and it can stay around for a while. I think a lot of people either don't know about this place or assume it just isn't that great from the outside. It also might be that the people in the area just aren't too into craft. Also, it is a little out of the way for me.
I've never had to really ask for help and don't ever remember being asked if I needed help.
The atmosphere is pretty laid-back and normal. The aisle sizes can get a bit crowded depending on if they just got a shipment in or not.

I just stopped into Honeygo Wine & Spirits to pick up a six pack of some craft beers...
THE SELECTION HAS GONE THROUGH THE ROOF!!!
I was told they are carrying well in excess of 1200 different craft & import beers. It shows.
In response to review from MENDVICDOG, the service was beyond expectation. I was greeted with a 'Hello' and was asked 'May we help you find anything?' The expertise of their staff when it came to craft beers was phenomenal. the person who waited on me was Justin. HE LOVES BEER!!! He helped me pick out several unique beers I would not have tried. He nailed it. Those beers really surprised me.
I stop in frequently and am always greeted with a freindly 'Hello. How are you?'
Honeygo Wine & Spirits - Keep up the GREAT work.

Stopped in here a few nights ago since a little birdie told me they still had some bottles of Parabola left. Sadly, they had been snatched up a little while before I got there. This place has a lot of beers that I had not seen at other places in the area, but some of them seemed like they had been there for quite a while. For instance they seemed to have a ton of old and new bottles of evil twin stuff. The organization of this place is a bit lacking since some bottles are just in boxes and you kind of have to dig through stuff. My main problem is that this place is cramped. I had to turn sideways to fit down some of the aisles, which made it difficult to see what was on the lower shelves. No one asked me if I needed help even though there were 3 employees doing nothing. Prices seemed reasonable for the area.

So, I made a quick trip up to Honeygo finally. Having tried Seven Courts before this, I was amazed. Seven really didn't have much. Honeygo, while kinda cramped, had a great selection. Good single bottle and fridge choices.
The staff was friendly, and didn't bother me while I was looking. Prices were pretty much in line with everywhere in the area.
I was surprised that, for the space, this place had a better choice than Beltway. The only place I think I've found better was Shawan. They even had a small amount of glassware. Since I collect pint glasses, this is a lil perk to me.

Had been meaning to stop by for some, and finally had the chance the other day.
Located in a strip mall in Perry Hall, there's nothing from the location or outside appearance that would make you think there's anything extraordinary about this place. Also, when you first walk in, as you turn to the left, you see this mountain of macro swill in the corner. Talk about a poor first impression! However, as you turn to the right, you then see a flat out outstanding, huge selection of craft beer and imports. This place reminds me somewhat of the Perfect Pour (I liked this place a LOT more), as the beer selection is oddly laid out, with little rhyme or reason to organization. Some beers are organized by brewery, but there also seemed to be a style section, as well as a very large bomber selection area. There were also a number of beer displays, which often times overlapped the shelf selection. It was a bit confusing, but I can't say it bothered me, as I enjoyed wandering through the aisles checking out the selection.
If there is any criticism I would make, it's that it appeared there was a fair amount of stuff that had been sitting around for a while (still a lot of X-mas and Winter stuff on the floor, and a bomber of double jack I purchased tasted as if it had been sitting around for several months at least). However, given the huge amount of inventory, I think that's pretty much unavoidable, but it's something one needs to be aware of when shopping for IPA's and the like. Service was fine.... no one came by to ask if I needed any assistance or help; this is the kind of store where you need to come up front if you have a question.
Prices are the area norm or a bit less. No complaints in that regard (my 4 pack of hoptimum was $9.99, and my bomber of double jack was $8.49).
This place is kind of out of the way for me, otherwise I'd be over here all the time. It's fairly close to I-95, and so is something to keep in mind if one is coming into or driving out of Baltimore. In any event, this place is flat out excellent.

After dropping my wife off at BWI, my plan was to drop by this place on the way home. Selection is very good, all the local and national craft beers are here, a number of variety 12 packs, and a solid assortment of imports. This seemed to be in quite an up scale shopping center, so my old car and I felt just a bit out of place, but singles, bombers, 6ers, cases, are all available and prices are reasonable. Now the only drawback, prices on the beers. I would estimate that about 40% of the beer on display here is not priced. The staff began to get irritated on my repeated trips to the register to inquire "how much is this one, how much is that one?" Pricing the beers ends this problem. You do get a 10% discount on a mixed 6er, but you won't know what the cost is anyway. Overall a good shop and I would advise stopping in if in the area.

Honeygo is a great hot spot for great craft beer in the Baltimore area. They have a huge selection of American and imported craft beer. They have a huge selection of singles to try along with many six packs. They guys that work in the store are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't have a beer you are looking for, they will try to get it into the store for you also. The prices are extremely reasonable. They also give you 10% off if you buy a mixed 6 pack of bottles of any size, even 750ml bottles. They also have a point system if you are a regular which is free to sign up for. You get points for your purchases and once you get a certain number of points, they give you a gift card to spend in the store whenever you want. This is a great craft beer store with a great selection for great prices with great people who really care about their customers and their community. Cheers to you Honeygo!

My friend told me about this place on a recent visit to the area, and I demanded we stop. I wasn't looking for anything specifically, but I got a major score with some Bruery: two bottles of Marron Acidife (which dried up back home immediately after release), and somehow, a bottle of Coton. I also found something sitting on the shelf that made my mouth drop....some Cantillon. There were about 4-6 bottles of Rose de Gambrinus on the shelf, and I had to snag one. Prices were about standard. They also had a nice glassware section in the corner, and I picked up a nice Westmalle chalice. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely come back here again, as they had a huge selection of stuff I can't get in PA. Pretty close to Red Brick, so that would be a nice trip...they also had DuClaw bottles, which is a brewery I'd really like to get more into after my visit to the brewpub.

Visited while in town on business. This place is great for the business traveler. The selection is great and they have the wall of singles which allows you to try beers you can't get at home and get in quantities that won't go to waste. They have a smaller selection of singles in a cooler.
The staff was very friendly and offered up some suggestions for local beers. I discovered Heavy Seas Loose Cannon IPA here, which has become a favorite in locations where I can get it.
The store is located in a newer development which is nice with easy parking.
It's well worth a stop if you are in the area.
