A: Slightly murky color of copper and pumpkin. Small head of foam. Medium levels of carbonation, and a marked absence of lacing.

S: Nice. Aroma of sweet caramel and yeasty bready malts. Mild note of wood and fruit.

T: Right up my alley kind of amber; Medium bodied malt flavors develop nicely into a grainy caramel taste with a soild backbone of bread dough.

M: Quite flat and smooth, but still enjoyable. I question whether or not i'd like more carbonation, as the level is very, very low, and things seem to be working for this beer the way they are.

D: Average. This could be a go-to amber or a sessioner for fans of the style. Worth trying.

Poured out equal parts orange and amber, maybe a little brown thrown in to round things out. Aroma was a nice sweet lightly bready malt aroma, with the slightest hop tickle, pretty nice, especially considering the usual way to get me to rate aroma higher on an amber is to just dump a bunch of dry hops in.

Taste, back to ordinary, no off flavors, no depth, but pretty standard crystal and caramel malt presence. Hopping is average and fair. Easy enough to drink, but not going to impress your hardcore beer nerd friends, this one is more geared towards others, maybe waiting to make the leap.
