this was tapped 7.7.07, and is listed as an american red wheat. the beers here have tended to be ok to decent but this one is really, really nice, and one of the better wheats i've had. this one has a glowing orange/reddish tinge to it along with a white head. aroma is nice with some sweet bready malts along with some nutty and citric notes. taste is quite good, a nice balance is achieved between the sweet wheat/malts and the underlying hop bitterness along with a bit of spiciness. this is sessionable and interesting enough to want to keep exploring. definitely one of the best beers i've had at this place.
