On tap into a shot glass...This pours super light and clear, bud lightish...All skunk on the aroma and taste, terrible skunk. A slightly better version of an American macro but this beer is clearly tailored toward this crowd. Light lager is right...This is garbage, my girfriend and I wouldn't even finish a 3 oz taste.

Seems to be a fairly big split on this one from the reviews.
A - Golden yellow, color. Clear, can see through the glass. Nice bubbles, small head on it in a 22 ounce mug, some nice lacing.
S - Smells clean, crisp, grainy.
T - For a light, I think this has a lot of flavor. Granted, you have to say "for a light", but it's not lacking in taste. Very crisp tasting, with a nice grainy taste, and a clean, sharp finish.
M - A little more body than a typical light, but not that oily feel that you get from something like Miller.
D - I really like this beer, could drink it all day. Definately not something to drink after you've been drinking heavier stuff, or it will taste like water. Good palate cleanser. Despite the reviews I think it's worlds ahead of Miller Light and Bud Light.

on tap at the brewpub in Chicago. pours a pale straw color with a single finger of semi loose head that has good retention and solid lacings.
aroma is of light pale malts and floral hops, with a tough of citrus and a distant base of grain. very fresh and well proportioned in the nose.
taste is more of the same with a fresh profile and a wonderful bouquet of floral hops. the flavors here are lightly subtle, with enough richness to overpower the mas majority of light lagers out there.
mouthfeel is light bodied with a thin mouthfeel and a crisp finish, which works well with the profile.
drinkability is good. this is a solid light lager with a good drinkability and a fresh profile. cheers!

Pours about clear as water with a hint of yellow and no head. Smell is sweet and sticky corn like malt. Sweet corn malty flavor as well with a hint of balancing hops, but leaning sweet still. Flavorful for a light lager and drinkable. Good substitute for bud light.

(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a very light pale yellow body that is crystal clear showing off the very gentle carbonation of big bubbles. There was a soapy white head that faded pretty quickly.
S- This beer has a soft nose of pale grain with not much other nose. There was a hint of hop bitterness in the last few sips.
T- This beer has a noble hop flavor in the finish that comes through followed by a bitterness in the finish. As it warms there is a soft pale malt note that is pretty dry with a dry finish also. There is a carbonic acid note in the finish that increases as it warms a bit.
M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a bit more fullness in the finish from the fizz. The finish is very clean.
D- This beer has a very light smooth taste that is a bit bland and not to interesting. It doesn't have any an offensive or off flavors so it was well brewed.

Surprise at how much I liked this light lager. Though there isn't much here to applaude, there isn't much to criticize either. A very clear and abbundantly carbonated brew with a faint head retention. Smells mostly grainy, but with a mild citrus character. Tastes the same as the aromas suggest, with emphasis on a clean lemon flavor that cut through the thirst well. Very easy to drink and enjoy.

Very typical micro-pub attempt on a macro light. Brew pubs like this should just skip attempts on light beers and serve Miller. Watery, pale, thin, and weak. Has a slight rotten fruit feel to it that I dont like. Overall its better then BL but not as flavorful or crisp as ML.

Pours darker than most light beers but it still looks a little watery. Smell is a bit weak but I notice some pale malts. Taste is much better than almost all the light beers I have tried. I know this is made for people who don't really like craft beer but want to eat at Rock Bottom, but it's smoother and not as adjunct filled as the regular macros. When rating according to style this is a good beer, but in general its still not much to get excited about.
